• Verification may require information such as stamp IDs, selfies, photos, QR scans, timestamps, location checks, distance validation, or other anti-abuse measures.
• Stampire may reject, delay, suspend, or invalidate any verification attempt that appears inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, or inconsistent with platform rules.

• Digital stamps, collections, badges, points, rankings, and other gamified features are provided for engagement purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Stampire reserves the right to modify, remove, reset, or discontinue any digital stamp, badge, point balance, collection, ranking, or reward feature at any time.
• Unless expressly stated by Stampire, digital items and rewards have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.

• Some Stampire features may be offered in collaboration with venues, landmarks, brands, merchants, museums, or other third-party partners.
• Partner experiences, promotions, and availability may differ by place, time, campaign, or eligibility requirements.
• Stampire is not responsible for the independent products, services, conduct, or representations of third-party partners unless expressly stated.

• You agree to use Stampire only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not impersonate another person, submit false verification data, attempt to exploit or bypass verification systems, scrape the platform, interfere with service operation, or use the platform in a misleading, abusive, or fraudulent manner.
• You must not upload or submit content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• You may submit content to Stampire, including profile details, photos, selfies, verification images, messages, partner submissions, or other materials.
• You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Stampire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, display, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the services.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit.

• Stampire and its associated branding, software, interface elements, text, graphics, logos, designs, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Stampire and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from Stampire, except as permitted by law.

Your use of Stampire is also subject to the Stampire Privacy Policy.

• You may stop using the service at any time.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampire makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, continuous availability, error-free operation, successful verification, or the availability of any specific place, feature, campaign, or partner experience.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stampire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.
• Stampire shall not be responsible for losses arising from failed verifications, lost digital items, service interruptions, partner actions, account misuse, unauthorized access, or events beyond its reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stampire, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
